Critical: Quality, ValueMy usual nail spot did not have any openings so I decided to go to this place and worst mistake of my life. They are paper thin the day I got them two of them chipped and this is after having them not even 3 days. I will never go here again and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I paid $60 plus a $10 tip for a fill and one design. The nails are cheap 10 out of 10 not recommend.Services: Acrylic nails, Nail artMy usual nail spot did not have any openings so I decided to go to this place and worst mistake of my life. Station was a bit dirty and I watched the person doing my nails file their nails while my nails were drying under the UV light and then proceeded to use the SAME nail file to file my nails. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority at this salon but staff was very nice. Gel manicures

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time at this salon. I felt the staff was very friendly. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. I changed the manicure to gel. They said no problem. I had Kim. She was awesome. It was clean and well kept. They do require you to wear a mask. I have no problem with that. Plenty of polish options to choose from. Easy to book from their website with text reminders. Great experience. I will be back!Services: Manicure, Foot massages, PedicureThis was my first time at this salon. I felt the staff was very friendly. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. I’ve been going here for over 3 years now. Everyone is so friendly and sweet and they do an amazing job to accommodate what you are looking for as a color or design for your nails. Definitely the place to go!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails were in dire need so I regrettably booked here with Prestige after my regular nail artist had to cancel due to covid. I usually get on overlay, which they don’t have listed so I asked beforehand if anyone knew how to not only do an overlay but remove it as well. They said yes. So I decided to continue with this appt. I get there and straight off the bat I can tell you that they are not following sanitization guidelines, there was no wipe down done at all. They started with a lady who’s name I didn’t catch, she grabbed a fake nail and started DIGGING underneath the overlay I had. I told her it hurt several times and recommended dipping my nails in acetone to let it soften then taking the metal spatula (idk the actual term) and scraping it off (This is the only way I’ve seen overlay removed and definitely less painful.) she huffed and puffed, grabbed a bowl, and sprayed acetone. (Yes acetone got all over me) Regret consumed me at that very minute but I thought it couldn’t get worse.Peter came over shortly after, and he also grabbed the fake acrylic nail and proceeded to dig, to which I winced at. He then grabbed those cuticle cutters and pretty much started cutting off the overlay… along with doing damage to my actual nail. My actual nails that I had grown out and loved were ruined. They had been dipped in acetone for well over 50 mins, and dug & cut into. I wanted to get out of there, but I had still crusty old overlay on my nails, so I just told him I just wanted a manicure. He said 3x to me that he could still do an overlay.. I said no thanks, just a manicure. After all of that and before he could even put paint on my nails he told me that I had to pay now, as if I wasn’t going to. I paid, got my nails painted, dried them, and left with a huge headache and definitely upset. This place ruined my actual nails, did a horrible job at something they claimed to know how to do, and are not following covid sanitization guidelines. They are the WORST. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Please avoid this place. Oh and side note, a lady came in as I was soaking my nails in acetone arguing that they overcharged her and her daughter for work they didn’t do… should have taken that as my sign to leave right then.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nailsMy nails were in dire need so I regrettably booked here with Prestige after my regular nail artist had to cancel due to covid. I felt rushed to pick a color, one of the acrylic nails came off within 1 day, their acrylic powder definitely contains MMA because every time I itch my skin I break out in hives. This place is NO GOOD do not recommend. Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures
