Had a great time taking friends and the kiddos to this great spaceship/space themed nail salon. Friend got a first time experience with acrylic nails. Kids got great pedicures and cute sticker and color. I got a rainbow chrome manicure and we all had a good time together. Miss Lani even took great care of my hurtful ingrown toenails and I feel much better and everyone is well pampered. Until next time thank you again!

Paid $65 dollars for ombre nails. They were smokey and not ombre. The thing that upset me the most is that I asked, since it was my first time getting false nails and ombre, if people normally get the main color at the base or tip. I was blamed for not voicing what I DID voice. I was also blamed for the technique used. I should have looked up how to do ombre before coming to the nail salon. All they had to do was say “Sorry we are unable to do ombre nails” and that would have been that. I paid $65 for ombre nails and got what you see in the pictures. Maybe $65 is cheap for ombre. Idk. Again first time getting them.

Jen is so good! I had no idea what I wanted, but she had great ideas and I am so happy. This is a dip, and I’m loving them! This is a week into them. Last time, they lasted 3 1/2 weeks!

One word; butchered. Everyone was very nice, however, the elder who handled my wax was extremely inexperienced. And I initially was told the price for a Brazilian would be 50 and up, when I had called and asked the day before. When I asked, the lady seemed unsure, and went to ask someone else if she should tell me yes or not. Home the wax took over an hour long. I had to remind her which way to wax the hair as well as educating her on the different positions that she needed me to be in. She made me bleed a little bit. I asked her if there was anything that can be done about this on the bill and she told me not to worry about it and that she would take care of it. When the time came to pay I was charged $75 for this wax which seems on the higher end of the 50 and up range. I argued with the lady about the price and the wax. I called over the lady who did the wax and brought up the price on the bill. She said it would be $10 and I agreed on I got the final bill and it was $10 off not $10.

I came to this place because it’s really close to my house and every time is worst than ever. I came 3 times and my gel manicure chipped in less than a week.

I did the basic manicure and the European pedicure. The European pedicure is $39. I told them I wanted black matte gel at the very beginning before I sat down. Only after she had finished my pedicure did the artist performing my pedicure tell me about the price increase. Because I got gel polish with the European pedicure it was $19 extra. Then on top of that there was a $3 extra charge for the matte finish that I wanted. So all together my gel pedicure ONLY came out to $61. That’s outrageous. You’re telling me gel polish doesn’t come in matte black. Lies!! The lady who did my pedicure was great with quality work but it’s the principle of the up charge. I guess they figured I wouldn’t tip but had I got the service I requested, they would have gotten well above 20%.

Friendly staff and great pedicure that has lasted me over a week. Had to ask for one of their complimentary drinks instead of being offered one. Some of the lotion/scrub got on the chair and was not cleaned off in the process of the pedicure. Water used was much too hot and was not monitored for temperature level.

They do a beautiful job on the actual nails as far as the art goes; however, this place is not the most hygienic. They reuse their nail/callus files as well as cuticle clippers. The nail files are white from previous use and not opened individually. Same thing with their Metal tools. Worst part is that I got a mani-pedi and i got cut by both technicians, as in they drew blood – that’s an easy way to catch an infection! And it was painful! Two days later, I have a mysterious cold that I really hope is not related to the nail salon. I will not be returning here and I’m severely disappointed at their lack of hygienic practices. Do better!

Well I went again Monday 11/18/19 and not so happy this time… The service was great and The design was nice; i really like the colors. I had to have nails soaked and filed off. So the nail tip (one on each hand) doesn’t sit flat which I just noticed cause food got stuck in between. I like a natural curve and not all of them had a natural curve. I asked for clear acrylic but it was more like white. I wish the nail were more of a coffin shape. My nails weren’t cleaned up underneath either. I will get them redone again this coming Saturday.
