You are suppose to use a DRILL TO BUFF THE NAIL BEFORE PUTTING ON DIP NAILS. I got my nails done Sunday they all fell off by Tuesday. The nail tech was very rude while I got my nails done and he cut my hand too. Never going back to this place. I want my dip nails to last a full two weeks.

I love this place. They are so friendly and they KNOW what they’re doing. Ive been there three times now and I wont go anywhere else. My nails have not chipped in between fills and I waited 4 weeks one time……..just all around great place.

Please save your hard earned money this botched set cost 75$ and that’s including tip. I hardly get my nails done so I did not know any better and I didn’t wanna make the nail tech uncomfortable but I am extremely unsatisfied I went to them for a wedding set nail and they just ruined it. Keep in mind this is exactly one week after they were done she had put some pink tint which is what showing beneath the white now overall it was really horrible. I really wanted to get my nails done just like the inspiration picture I showed it to the nail tech I said I want exactly like this and she said OK she could do it but it does not look like the inspiration picture. I think it is a strong possibility that they took away me being able to post a picture on the review and if you go to their website they had none of their work done there it’s all pictures from what Google so beware

My mom had been suggesting this place to me constantly so once they reopened I went and I love it! They were super sanitary and made sure all guests were taking proper precautions. Me and my little sister both went and the nails came out amazing! And with a really great price too! Would highly recommend this place. They are really good at designs too, my mom got checkered nails and the lady did them by hand and they came out so symmetrical!

I have gone here for a couple years and I’ll always go back. Inexpensive, and they do a great job, very proud of their work. The staff is all great, I never specify who I want to do my nails because they are all amazing. Very friendly and inviting. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only have I been going here for 3 years but my mom and sister have as well. I NEVER have normal/plain nail designs. I can bring in a picture of designs I have seen and get exactly that done. I constantly get compliments on my nails. Try Prestige Nails! I guarantee you won’t be sorry!

Went with a friend and one of the staff wore a mask and gloves while giving me a pedicure, but the one who worked on my friend didn’t. We’ve always liked the cleanliness we experience there, so we were a little unhappy about that. Otherwise, they keep the tools sanitized and even clean the tubs for the foot baths. I’ve never gotten a manicure though.

If you don’t mind having lumpy nails that look like misshapen pods at the tips of your fingers then THIS is the place for you…otherwise look elsewhere! As is the norm these days, the people answering the phone, and responsible for booking your appointment, are not native English speakers and seem to have difficulty understanding what you are saying. Rather than getting someone more versed in the language they just get rude and don’t have a problem hanging up on you. They REALLY got nasty one day when I needed to call in to reschedule an appointment…silly me, I THOUGHT that was better than being a no-show. But it is not just on the phone. I have been spoken to quite rudely in the shop. When I pointed out the problems with my nails it was like it was open season and I was the target at the moment. I have been assured that the attitude is NOT personal, it is cultural. My problem with that is they are not working in a shop in their cultural it is right here in Phoenix. I don’t believe that the customer is ALWAYS right but neither do I believe you have the right to raise your voice and get ugly when someone who is paying for a service has a valid complaint about said service. Prestige has seen the last of my money, there are just too many salons in and around this city to put up with sub par service. I have moved on to Le & Nails on 43rd and Union Hills for now and so far I am happy with the change. Have a blessed day y’all.
