I spent $95 on a fill and pedi and my nails came out looking TERRIBLE! I got there at 11:45 for my appointment and didn’t leave until after 2. The woman had to redo my nails twice and she broke one of my nails. I also asked that my nails weren’t so sharp and pointy at the top and she didn’t listen. The morning after my nails were done I woke up to the gel polish completely ruined which isn’t supposed to happen! They were peeling off and I had black nail polish EVERYWHERE! I now have to buy new sheets because it won’t come out. I’m so upset because I spent so much money on my nails. I called to ask about getting them fixed and my money back and all I got was “leave your name and number and I’ll let the manager know and she’ll call you back when she’s in”. That hasn’t happened yet. I hate to post so negatively because the ladies are super nice and friendly HOWEVER, my nails look like absolute garbage.

i honestly have never had a worse experience while getting my nails done. my best friend was getting married and her sister scheduled us all a nail appointment 2 weeks in advance. we got a call 10 minutes prior to our appointment asking if we were really coming in. when we got there, there was a little bit of wait, but no big deal as it was right before holiday weekend. when the appointment was made, the bride to be requested to have nellie do her nails and feet. however, brides sister had her nails started and in conversation realized nellie was doing her nails. when nellie approached the manager, tiffany (who was currently doing my nails) about the mix up, tiffany was very annoyed about the situation. once nellie walked away tiffany complained to me about how the brides sister never requested nellie and now she gets attitude from staff and customers. i was so astonished about her complaining about someone that i was with, i was shaking. on top of being rude and making nasty comments, my nails look like they are 2 weeks grown out. my whole nail is not even painted and when i tried to see if tiffany could fix the design she made it worse and i couldn’t bare to even say anything while there. the entire experience was extremely uncomfortable and outrageously priced. i was charged $78 for a refill and a toe polish change. i wouldn’t recommend going here at all however the bride absolutely loved her nails by nellie. nellie is very talented. pictures at still at the salon

My wife was to shy to post this, so I will for her. She just had her nails done at this location. Not only are their prices ridiculously overpriced compared to local places near them, but her nails came out looking worse then they did prior to her going in. If you want old paint stains all over your hands, bubbled nails, as well as being charge almost double what anywhere else will charge, this is the place for you!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAVOID AT ALL COST!!!My girl and I came here to get out nails done. We should have listened to the reviews, but it was a last minute decision and we were also running errands in the area.We arrived, got seated right away, place was a bit busy but we were greeted well by this Asian lady who was so sweet. My friend was serviced with her. I waited for a bit for my nail lady and when she came, she spoke terribly of my short nails. I told her I liked them that way etc and she kept trying to get me to get longer nails as “they look prettier”. Anyways, she was speaking to someone on the phone while she’s doing my nails, every time I tried to speak to her about my concerns (how she didn’t clean them, she was rushing, she was getting gel primer and polish all over my skin and excess etc it was SO BAD!). I was patient with her and thought she’d fix them in the end.. to my shock she didn’t. She got up and left, didn’t even bother to ask me how I liked them, nothing at all. She continues her conversation on the phone and walked off! My friend and I compared each other’s nails, hers were so much cleaner (not exactly what she wanted but a lot cleaner than mine as mine again had gel primer and polish scattered excessively off my nails, onto my skin etc).I felt put to the spot to say something to a nail tech there because they were horrific and we had an event to go to. My friend’s nail tech agreed they were awful so she gets someone else, an Asian man, he barely looked at them and knew they were horrific! He saved them a little, clean the excess off. As we were walking to the counter to pay, the original lady who looked Hispanic yet she spoke Vietnamese.. obviously saw I got them redone and she had a terrible attitude with us, she started speaking furiously to the male nail tech handling us, I could not understand anything she was saying and you could tell he tried his best to keep his composure by smiling and not paying her any mind. She was VERY unprofessional and I’m appalled to see her continue to work there!So please. Listen to reviews. What may be convenient may not be the best service. Terrible Service! $85 and my time all wasted!!Asked for one thing and got something else. 3 nails fell off the very next day and the rest were chipped.
