It is astonishing how unsanitary this place is.I came into this location for the first time to get a pedicure. First off, the towel the employee grabbed looked like someone mopped the floor with it before setting it down for me to use. Secondly, the nail filing tools are falling apart and had little to no emery boarding left. Now my toe nails feel like they are on fire, thank you very much! After enough red flags telling me to leave I politely told the lady that I had to go and that she can just stop all services, which she did. However, before I could move my feet off the spa she grabs the cuticle remover tool, that I posted a picture of as an illustration, and unclogs the drain with it!! Mind you she used this same tool on my toes just a few seconds ago! I wanted to run out of this place so fast after witnessing that. Lastly, I was charged for a full service when the lady wasn’t even half way done, I was only there MAYBE 15 minutes, and the reason I was leaving was because of them.I am pretty sure I now have an infection on my right foot because my toe nails still burn and my foot is now throbbing which all began after receiving a little service from this salon.Service: PedicureI wish I would have taken more pictures. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet’s start with just saying overall this place along with their staff and management is terrible. My wife went in for a pedicure and immediately told me she regrets going there. After being there for about a total of 15 minutes she asked the lady to stop, and she had to go. So, they didn’t do anything they offered in their pedicure package aside from cuticle removing and short soaking. So instead of comping her for the little service they did provide she paid the whole thing and left. I went in to talk with the manager because I was not okay with how the transaction went. While talking with the manager, she tried to justify everything they did. I mentioned how the towels weren’t clean and her response was, “Well they’re white so they’re not going to be perfectly clean and said it’s like how the jacket I was wearing was dirty (which it wasn’t) and I didn’t understand how that compared to towels you use on customers. I mentioned how she used the cuticle tool to clean the drain and she said that’s what they do, and they put it in the sanitizer. At the end of the conversation after being given so many excuses and denied several times for a refund because we’re just trying to get a free pedicure which it was already paid for, and it wasn’t even a full pedicure anyway I said fine ill talked with the owner and leave a review about this. Let’s start with just saying overall this place along with their staff and management is terrible. My wife went in for a pedicure and immediately told me she regrets going there. After being there for about a total of 15 minutes she asked the lady to stop, and she had to go. I had to ask her to put the cold water on. The foot/leg massage wasn’t good. She then was filling/buffing my nails AND my skin. Very painful. Pain job wasn’t great. I felt very rushed through. Then it was time for my Mani. She pulled out a chapstick that’s applied with fingers.. she used it. And rubbed her finger on her lips then asked for my hands. Very unhygienic. She also was using her own nail to remove polish that was on this skin which was also unhygienic. The nail tech also messed up a nail and instead or re doing the nail she just tried to hide it by putting on two more coats of polish.
