I had full leg wax and eye brow done by Katy. she never asked me how I wanted done but charged me for bikini area which wasn’t done! Also, she gave me black eye because pressed so hard on my eyebrow while waxing and cleaned my eye ball with alcohol !!! It is all puffy, infected and hurts I did gave her tip ♂️ she did a very sloppy job , was very rude and made fun on me because I asked for a cup of water

My first.time in 8 years getting my nails done and I don’t think I will go back here. Pedicure was good but my full set is bumpy rushed and just not done well at all. There are bubble under the top coat and it just seems like the man who did them didn’t take the care to make sure they looked nice. I will spend .ore money to go to a place that takes the time to ensure a good mani.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I came here for the first time for a gel pedicure and watched as they took the tools (once I was done) ran them under water and put them back in their drawer. It might look clean on the outside, but I was thoroughly disgusted knowing they do not sanitize the tools after each use! That alone should make you not come here.

Place is horrible, pedicure was so rushed badly painted I had to leave and come to another nails salon to get a proper pedicure. This is the type of place that just wants your money and doesn’t care about giving good customer service. If you want a good pedicure go to rt 33 chic nails they have Spanish woman giving awesome pedicure and really clean your nails. Never again will I come back.

I had the worst technician. He was bitter complaining how he works day and night. I’m sorry but I don’t want to hear about your miserable life. He asked me what my ethnicity was which rubbed me the very wrong way because he didn’t have anything to follow up after that. On top of that he did an awful job on my full set of acrylics, his shaping was awful, he can’t paint nails and he cut me with the nail drill. Didn’t apologize for cutting me. I asked him to make my nails thinner, he “fixed” it and then walked away. He ruined my experience there and I will never go back. Stay away from the male techs

Mala is the BEST!!!! I’ve known Lee for over 20 years and went to him when he was on rt33. Mala gives the best pedicures and she knows I have a very particular way I like it done! OMG! Mala rocks the nails! The best designs and knows how I like them shaped!!

I love how clean this location is. Any of the ladies there do a wonderful job, but I love love Hannah. The services there are more expensive than other local shops, but the nails last forever and their work is done carefully, and comes out beautiful.
