A horrible place. place is dirty. they are dirty scammers, every time i come they change the price because they said my hair magically grew in a week. the window of the store is shattered. and they have no sign for the door. so disgusting. and the workers are rude. when you enter the store there’s hair all over the floor, and children running everywhere. i will never step foot into the place. when i went inside they said my hair was too much to take care of. reporting them for how dirty the place is, and how rude they were. never come here unless you want to be disrespected and uncomfortable. especially if you are a black woman. they treat other races like royalty and us like trash.

LOVE my hair! I showed up in the morning. I didn’t have to wait long considering the nature of the styles they were doing on other people. They managed to snatch up my teeny weeny Afro and throw a full head of long stylish cornrows in it! I didn’t come with any hair. They took care of EVERYTHING for me I will most certainly be back!

I got feed in braids in a high ponytail today. My stylist was Zina and she was absolutely wonderful. All the ladies braiding were super courteous and sweet. Only been in MA for a year and was on a search and find for braiding spots and never have to look again. I will remain a returning customer. Love my hairstyle soooo much…. Thank you Prestige for making my day!!!!

This place is horrid. They don’t do the basic rules of braiding, like asking for middle part or side. I honestly believe them being racist. They tried to overcharge me. They were being disrespectful and rude. They switched me off to three different braiders and continued to put the blame on me. I will never be coming back here. I don’t advise anyone else should too.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was a desperate attempt of getting my hair braided after, a stylist I scheduled an appointment with canceled. I googled hair braiding near me and landed on this gem!! I Honestly love this place! the ladies there are very nice I wanted small knotless braids butt length and I when I realized that it was too long (which was absolutely my fault) the lady said I should curl the ends and I did my hair came out really beautiful. She was also patient with me when I was choosing the color of the braiding hair and me constantly moving. Truthfully I didn’t walk in with a high expectation of how my hair was going to turn out I just needed it braided, And I’m glad I came because my hair looks really pretty. I love the energy of the ladies they are very hard working and they know how to team work to help each other out. So please tip if you can!!!PS:1. Come in early because they are busy!2. Bring food and water because you are most likely going to need it especially, if you have to wait.3.
