Dr Pham is amazing. He has wonderful patient interaction. He actually listens and engages his patients. Dr P is so communicative and has great recall. He doesn’t apply cookie cutter strategies for health concerns. I trust him whole heartedly with my daughter and any future issue I may encounter. Definitely recommend Prestige Dermatology.

I am so happy with this office, namely Dr. Nguyen. She is kind and patient and listens to you. I was seeing a derm in Dallas for 2 years for my adult acne with little results, always being recommended to do highly evasive procedures and written off with pills or Accutane. But Dr. Nguyen really listened to me and my experience, what I had tried and then customized a plan that was right for me. It didn’t fix it overnight, but in a few months my skin was glowing and healthy again. I am comfortable in my own skin now. I just love her so much! She’s wonderful and will listen to YOU and put together something that is going to have long-term lasting effects.

PA Nguyen is amazing. I always have the BEST experience here. Their entire staff from the front desk to the practitioners are top notch!! They are caring and willing to give you time to hear concerns.

I don’t know if the Dr was having a bad day or what, but I my visit was very rushed. I went in for one thing, ended up having a biopsy for something else. Okay, fine. However, nothing at all was mentioned or discussed about what to expect, info on melanoma…nothing. I also mentioned some other concerns, and she did not even bat an eye, much less talk to me about those concerns. I felt very dismissed, and essentially really worried leaving her office. Later I checked my visit summary online, and the notes imply that the Dr did indeed go over all sorts of important information with me, but that is simply not true. I am hoping my results come back with good news, but if they do not, there is no way I will return to this office after the way I was “treated” today.

A little disappointed with this office. I had an infected cyst removed in late April. Was told that the chance of it reoccurring were very small after surgery. A little over two months later it’s back and infected again. When I called the office to speak with them I was told just to take any left over antibiotics I had and they’d see me at my checkup in September. I’m diabetic so this cyst returning and becoming infected again has me worried, but they didn’t seem to care much.

Horrible experience. My son went in for molluscum that created a large rash on his body. After being very quickly told the numerous options I was asked to choose what to do. I wanted to treat the rash, not the molluscum. I was lectured by the PA and felt bullied into doing the molluscum treatment. The beetle juice was applied and tape was put on each spot. I was told to leave the tape on for 6 hours. When we took the tape off it ripped off every single blister. My child was in extreme pain, screaming and crying the entire time. It took ONE full hour to do this. The next day he is still in pain. Never again will I return to this office.

I can’t begin to explain the amount of pain I was in before coming to see Dr. Nguyen! Due to a very angry infected cyst, I was unable to walk, sit or sleep comfortably. I was referred to Prestige Dermatology so I gave them a call. The girls upfront, especially Megan, were very helpful and able to see me the same day. They answered every question I threw their way. The clinic was spotless front to back and I love that it wasn’t freezing cold in the rooms! Dr. Nguyen… I mean talk about a kind soul. She greeted us with a warm welcome and walked me though every step during my appointment along with detailed information on what to expect the next four weeks. She gave us plenty of tips on how to save money, which in these times is extremely helpful! Honestly, this place made me feel welcomed and I appreciate the amount of help and care they all offered. I’m just mad at myself for not coming to see them sooner, but I look forward to working with them again!
