Love Dr Pham! He handles all of skin issue. We recently stopped by to get my daughters ears pierced. He kept her calm and was gentle. She was excited!

Even though they have treated me 16 months ago for poison ivy and put me on prednisone which cleared it up fast, they refused to call it in again even after I sent them a photo, which they requested, which showed half my forearm enveloped in severe rash. They want me to come in so they can charge $150 again. This may not be fraud but it is certainly immoral and borderline unethical. They know I live in the country and I’m in the military, so poison ivy exposure is an almost certainty for me. I’ll find an honest dermatologist to replace them. So sad that Dr Paek retired, he was amazing.

Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here. Front desk personnel was rude, waited an hour after the nurse took me to the room for the doctor to come in. All for the doctor to be extremely unprofessional, obviously not reading my chart (history of skin cancer), and within 10 second of walking into the room and barely glancing at the area of concern stated that the spots are benign and I’m good to go, just come back next year. I’ll be calling my insurance to get a referral to an actual health care PROFESSIONAL, and again I recommend no one even consider going here.

Misdiagnosed Melanoma and the office refused to answer any questions or have a doctor call me back. I Was continuously told it was normal despite the concerning characteristics. I would not recommend for a medical dermatologist.

When I tell you that Dr. Ryan Pham is cool as heck I mean it. Such a friendly doc and amazing bed side manner. I had a cyst removed from my scalp which is already pretty scary and he completely made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend for any dermatology needs.

EDIT TO ADD: We went to a different doctor (her pediatrician) and found out it was 100% NOT Psoriasis, but indeed Ring Worm. That’s right, they misdiagnosed my daughter by not listening to a single symptom. So so so glad we didn’t heed their advice. My daughter’s pediatrician took culture samples and actually did her due diligence. This is all to say that I had already paid $30 for the prescription they (Prestige Dermatology) had prescribed for my daughter. Again, please don’t use this dermatologist office, there are so many other quality dermatologists out there, no need to waste your time, money, and health here.

I recently went in for a mole biopsy on the back of my ear and have NEVER had a mole biopsy before. I’m only 24 so the fact that one needs to be tested scared the absolute mess out of me and i was a basket case in the office… Dr. Nguyen is soooo sweet and caring, she didn’t rush me out at all and her and her assistant for the day (long reddish brown curly hair, young) literally just sat and talked with me and tried to comfort me. The following day i decided to come in for the biopsy with my mom and the assistant Pam too was amazing at making me feel so comfortable before i got my very first biopsy done! Didn’t even feel it!!!!!

Even after reading some hit or miss reviews, I got an appointment very quickly and could not be happier! The ladies in the building were incredibly nice and funny and so easy to talk to. The PA – Do – had incredible bed side manner and really knew how to put things into layman’s terms. They got me taken care of (in and out in less than 40 minutes!), and I look forward to my future visits!
