I have called this place twice about services offered. They couldn’t tell me what they offered, said they would call back. The first time they did but said I had to call the beautician directly not only did she not have availability she was sketchy when she answered. The second time never got a call back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible haircut woman named maribel used her HANDS!! to cut my hair with scissors. I went in and had to wait around 40 min before someone could do my hair. 2 of the employees did not have face masks despite their (masks are mandatory) sign at the front door. I told her I just wanted a trim and she didn’t wet my hair properly and grabbed my hair in chunks and cut it. Left my hair BLUNT and UNEVEN! This Establishment is a JOKE! I have two years working at prestige barbershop and no body having complained about our service, the owners will not going to permit no one to get out unhappy, everyone that try our service comes back thanks god, sometimes is not good to pay attention to negative comments a good person will not post a negative comment of a shop
