I was initially interested in knowing more about the undereye and wrinkle products. The sales ladies are very beautiful and pushy. The wanted to sell me a year of product. I said No thankyou and wanted to buy ONLY the one tube. Gave her my card and $400 was on my credit card. Yikes! On route to a dinner reservation last night we walked past the shop and I know better and always keep walking as a few years back it cost me. The lady said oh your sandals are so cute, where did you get them….thus I was snagged. She said she was from Italy and wanted me to try the Stem treatment for my eyes. I told her I was very sensitive to things on my face but in a moment she was smearing it under and on top of my eye. I’ve never tried to be rude but should have. She was ruthless! I told her if she gave me the info, I would read it. My Husband by then is getting irritated and walked away thinking we would lose our reservation. She kept grabbing my arm, oh look in the mirror, what a difference blah blah. I texted my husband and said get me out of here! He came back and sternly told her we had to go! She then with her open hand pushed him back away from me! Telling him to wait! Well thats when I bolted with him behind me. She was pushy, rude and never should have touched my husband! Worst part was I woke up this morning with my one treated eye matted and crusted! My vision in that eye was blurry most of the day. I understand sales and being persistent, but that was crossing the line! Management needs to do something for sure.

Was enjoying beautiful Front street on March 11, with my family, when we walked by Prestige Lahaina, the sales person standing in the front door way said ‘Do you speak English?’ after I didn’t accept her ‘here’s a sample Botox for you’ comment. She didn’t seam to like it when I took a picture of her and her co-worker also standing in doorway, will be sending the pics to owner next. Extremely pushy sales team. If you have a hard time saying no to people just keep walking. They offer free products and then pressure you into spending hundreds once you walk in the store.

If you want to sample their product by all means. Just be aware they will try to sell you thousands of dollars worth or product. Just decline and walk out if you don’t wish purchase anything. Very pushy.
