Every time my husband goes to do his shape up they always send him away telling him he needs an appointment when it clearly says they do walk in’s, my husband goes to this other barber shop even if it’s busy they still have time to do his shape up really quick, thank God for other barber shops in the area because if we had to rely on prestige barber shop we would have been screwed.

I sat for 45 minutes waiting on a haircut for my son and not one person even spoke to me. I finally asked and they told me they are only by appointment. I would have made an appointment, and come back at the appointment another day if they would have just said so.
