I absolutely love this place. I love that it’s both a full nail salon and full hair salon. Tam is an expert colorist, and his balayage skills are next level. I have dark curly hair, and I went to a beautiful blonde balayage that worked great with a less intense level of upkeep. Kelly does my nails, and her attention to detail is insane. No matter what I want, she can make it happen. Her designs are so intricate, and the shape and style of the nails always look natural and perfect. They’re great!

since my first time at this salon i have kept coming back! Kelly (who im pretty sure is the owner) always does my nails and she NEVER misses! i seriously have not had a single disappointing set and ive been seeing her for almost a year now. highly recommend!! i seriously wont let anyone else touch my nails but Kelly.. the salon is also very clean and their tools are the most high tech/advanced that ive seen in any salon – plus the decor and ambience is very bougee/fancy feeling. love love love!

Update 12/14: Found out the nail technician was the owner Kelly. Also, please READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.The good ones are either paid (local guides) or from caucasian women. I rest my case. Please please go around, there are 2-3 other nail salons in a one mile radius to this place. Unless you are a white woman, you are not welcome.

I had a full set w/tips with SNS powder and ombre done by Randy. He was awesome and very kind and did a beautiful job. He did exactly what I wanted and took his time perfecting my nails. The prices were good and they give you 20% off your first visit. This was my first time here and I brought my friend with me to get our nails done for grad. I had a full set w/tips with SNS powder and ombre done by Randy. He was awesome and very kind and did a beautiful job. He did exactly what I wanted and took his time perfecting my nails. The prices were good and they give you 20% off your first visit. I am writing this in the hope that people who read the reviews will find help with my experiences. My son went to get a perm, however it wasn’t how he wanted and the backside of his hair was uneven, messy, and short. My son and I came in the next day to have his hair fixed up, but the owner (Asian man) started yelling and pointing fingers saying he didn’t know anything. They ( Asian man& his wife-Kelly) made me angry and I was then told me to calm down. They don’t care to listen to what I have to say, and only care about themselves. They are unaware of their rudeness and bad manners. They don’t know how to apologize for what they do wrong.

the business is very nice and the front desk employees i’ve met are very friendly, but my nail tech lied to me in order to charge me more, thinking i wouldn’t know any better. i’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and have kept up with all the latest trends, but she tried to claim my nails can only be done as a full set at every single appointment. i’ve never once had a nail tech try and feed me that, and i always specifically ask for the person who’s best at designs and different styles because i love creativity. i also keep an eye on the techniques they use. her technique was no different than other nail techs i’ve had doing the same style with excellent work and no nail issues, yet she was the only one to tell me i had to have unnecessary full sets with every appointment. then instead of soaking my nails off, she proceeded to rip them off (i could’ve done that on my own if i wanted them ripped off), which damages the nail bed and she should’ve known that. i’m a very loyal customer when i like the work that’s done and while she was very meticulous and talented at doing nail designs, i won’t tolerate being lied to in order for them to get more money out of me. i’m very disappointed, as this shop seemed to have high standards. i guess not when it comes to integrity.

I had read stunning reviews for this salon and decided to take my friend and I to get manicures. Several days before I called to make an appointment, yet when I walked in to get my service, the receptionist did not have me on the books. She was not the nicest and then suggested coming in later. I did that and had a 25 minute wait and in the end my nails were messy and my friend had perfect nails. I suppose the nail tech dictates how your nails will come out- but I have never experienced such an awkward situation.
