When it comes to botox and other injections there are so many companies that are a miss. This is not one of them! Not only is the aesthetic here AMAZING, their work is the best in Birmingham and surrounding areas! The two beautiful women at the front desk are so kind and personable and go out of their way for you. If you are looking for any cosmetic treatments this is the place to go hands down and I have tried every other med-spa and cosmetic treatment center in Birmingham! Thank you guys!!

The staff and facilities are very nice and I’m sure they are great for many treatments, but I would not trust them with injections again. They injected dysport under my eyes, which it’s really not indicated for, and it paralyzed the lymphatic pumping muscles under my eyes and now I look 10 years older and have giant eye bags that I just have to wait for the dysport to wear off and hope they resolve. I went to another place and got fillers just to make it bearable but this was right before my wedding and I was devastated. 2 months later it’s still looks awful. I will say they of course offered to correct it but given that my wedding was in 3 weeks I needed to go to somebody I trusted more to correct it. I’m sure they are great for facials and other things

This place is very nice! I got a regular facial there for the first time and the lady who did it (Ashley) was very kind to me and she did a great job! My skin has been clearing up so well. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and welcoming! I enjoyed my visit and hope to come again! 5-stars.

I had a facial with microdermabrasion done by Jillian and it was amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed and almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing! Would definitely recommend and I think I’m going to make it an annual treat to myself.

This was the best experience I had getting dysport since I’ve moved to Alabama. I’ve been going to a local dermatologist for my injections since moving to Alabama a few years ago and I was never 100% satisfied with the outcome. I thought it was just me being picky or maybe I was getting older so the injections weren’t as effective. But two days after I got my dysport injections at Prescription Aesthetic and Wellness, the results were infinitely better then they had been at the other place. I will absolutely be coming back. Ladies at the front desk were very sweet (which makes a big difference to me), the technician was very informative, and the doctor was friendly and very efficient which I appreciated. My sister is visiting from Dallas in June and I have already told her we’re going to get dysport together!

Critical: QualityFirst time visit wasn’t impressed! The female that called me to the back and put me in the room didn’t listen to what I wanted. The Dr and assistant came in didn’t really introduce themselves said what they were going to do. I got a Groupon and unfortunately the esthetician I had did not give me safety goggles and that should’ve been the first red flag for me, but I still proceeded. She ended up also burning my skin and now I have a dark scar in the area I had lasered. This was supposed to be my last appointment set.
