Tracy to the rescue! My hair was dead and needed proper treatment and Tracy delivered. Before we started she made sure she understood what I wanted and explained as we went along. Conversation flowed because she’s such a cool person to talk to but there were also moments of nice silence so you get the best of both worlds. After the super relaxing scalp treatment I had requested, she took most of the dead hairs off but still left me with a great hair length. I feel so much better now that my hair looks beautiful and healthy thanks to Tracy!

Vanessa was great and took her time with my sons hair and really asked how we wanted it. My son really doesn’t like having his haircut but she engaged him and talked to him and he was as enthusiastic as I have seen him about going back. I thought she did a great job.
