I won’t go anywhere else!!! I have been going to Premier Nail Spa since November of 2020. The customer service is very good. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I just left from getting a pedicure. I waited 15 minutes for an eyebrow wax and the two girl are bickering over whose turn it is to do my eyebrows. The girl who walked me to the room was acting as if she didn’t want to do them so I asked her was there a problem ? That’s when she told me it’s not her turn. She leaves the room and comes back to say the other girl didn’t want to do my eyebrows. I went and paid for my pedicure and left. That is the most unprofessional ish that I’ve ever experienced. They don’t ever have to worry about me ever coming back nor recommending their place of business.

I have never gotten acrylics before today and I have to say that this was the best decision everrr. The woman who did my nails was extremely gentle and did what I asked for on the dot. The chair was super comfortable and the music was so peaceful. Overall I loved every second of it.

First off I was cut by both technicians during manicure and pedicure. Secondly the tools were dirty and thirdly both final products were extremely sloppy looking. This was not only painful but the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had (not to mention one of the most expensive in the area). When I tipped despite it all I was met with a glare and an ask for more cash. Save yourself the cuts and scrapes and go somewhere else.
