I’m giving 2 stars because I got a manicure and a pedicure, and my pedicure was definitely not the best but not terrible. The manicure was the problem. I got my manicure done in the pedicure chair …. some people like the convenience of this but I didn’t. She started the manicure before she finished my toes so I really had no choice but to sit. For paying $20, I thought at least my cuticles would come out well because thats usually the focus of the manicure…no. You can see in the pictures that they’re still rough and not done well. Then when she started painting my nails, she finished with the top coat and it immediately started to have bubbles in it. She removed some nails and re-painted, but by the time I walked out they were almost all bubbly as you can see. It wasn’t even worth going back because I knew it would just keep happening. Definitely don’t recommend.

So we are all familiar with COVID price gouging. For those who are not, basically you enter a business where prices are listed, but “subject to change”. This usually means random fees or bait a switch prices for standard services. Typically this Establishment does not engage in price gouging. Which is why I have been a loyal customer. Until Valentine’s Day weekend 2022 when I was charged $115 for a lumpy cats eye manicure and pedicure. The awful part is I have been getting the same service for 2 yrs at a total of $75 AND my nails always looked amazing. This is another place where you must get your total up front AND check your nails.

This place is literally the best experience I’ve ever had…….and I’ve had a ton of experiences. I’m very particular about my feet and hands. Jenny did a pedicure that was so amazing, I didn’t want to get up. She was focused and precise and I have never had a pedicure quite like the one she gave me. If you’re anywhere close to Charlotte, she’s worth the drive. I didn’t get my nails done there, but Phoebe did a nail repair for me. (My nail cracked straight across….very painful) She was so gentle and I didn’t even feel anything when she fixed it. The manager was super welcoming and polite and they have gained a customer for sure!

Lilly is amazing! She does a great job every time I sit in her chair and she makes me feel so comfortable. We have great conversation and she’s super friendly. She’s also quick but she does NOT rush through your service like most nail technicians tend to do when it’s busy (not this location). I always have a great experience here and will continue to come here !

I love Lily! She’s amazing. After my two favorite guys left, she’s taking good care of me. I love the service and don’t mind waiting if I have to. There are other good nail technicians also. I am not choosy about the pedis because mostly everyone is good for that. My teen daughter has been searching for a place that made her feel comfortable getting nails done and this is the place! We were happily welcomed as a walk-in and helped in picking the best set for my daughter, as we are still new to all the different techniques offered. I believe our nail technician’s name was Tammy, and she was so wonderful and polite!!! We will definitely be back!!

I’ve always came here and have only had minor issues but now I am really upset as I have to leave for vacation tomorrow and will not be getting the mistake they made twice, corrected. I went in to get my toes painted with gel polish two days before my trip. I even tipped the lady well despite the polish being lumpy and her putting on too many coats of polish. As soon as I got home the polish was peeling and coming off, I never experienced this before with gel polish. Went back the next day to have it corrected for my trip. They gave the SAME lady and she did it again. She put on so many coats of polish it was lumpy and once again peeling off so now I have to go on vacation with this awful paint job. This is why a lot of people don’t tip the service was not worth it at all. I want a refund but I’m already too far away from this location. So not only will I not be getting a refund, I have to deal with my toes looking like this.
