Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityIm not one to write reviews, in fact I don’t think I have ever written a bad review or review in general but this place made me question their ethical integrity which prompted to this being the worst experience ever… I waited 2 1/2 hours for SNS to be seated while others who came in after me were seated first. They were rushing me, putting me to the side, and I had 3 different nail techs who came to look at the design I had asked for my nails and each kept telling me no that someone else will do it.. all I asked for was a couple of stars on my nails for 4th of July. After hours of waiting and being moved to 3 different tables because the nail techs kept saying no and talking to their coworkers and would just get up and leave not even touching my nails. After the 3rd lady, I showed the new girl the photo while the other the other nails techs were around speaking to her point at my picture, but I unfortunately don’t understand the language. She nodded her head and started working on my nails. Once the paint was on my nails she wanted me to check out and still no design?!? I asked her “are you not going to do the design I showed you and the other nail techs” (after she had finished painting my nails red and white) and I was told they can’t do stars and were wanting me to check out with no design after I initially showed 3 techs the pictures. I asked why she said they don’t have stickers and I said she can just free draw it and they were annoyed obviously and rolled there eyes and she attempted at the stars. My nails were not even and different lengths. Once mentioning it multiple times to the nail tech that multiple nails were different lengths she said “you want them to be all even?” I said “uhm shouldn’t they all be the same length” and she ignored me and started rolling her eyes. After having waited and been there over 2 hours I left very unsatisfied and disrespected. They rushed my nails, told me I couldnt get a design after they already painted it because they were being lazy, and this is what I left with lol. They are so bad and I didn’t even want square nails I said natural narrow and she didn’t want to fix it. I asked her 3 times to fix the shape and still this is what I got. Not acceptable. Came to this place to try to get my SNS done today and was told to pick my color out and wait. I sat and waited for 30 or so minutes, while two other walk-in customers came in and were asked what they were getting and were taken almost immediately to get their nails done (not pedicures).
