Book my appointment at 8:40am this morning for a 11:30am hair cut. I had arrive around 11:15am and was greeted but was never ask what time was your appointment or who was your appointment with until 11:45am. Until the hairstylist pointed out that the one who is going to cut my hair was Oscar who arrived at 11:26am and the one who decided to cut someone else’s hair at my appointment which I realized. At this point I decided to walk out of the place. This is unprofessional. The person who was suppose to cut my hair didn’t even said anything to me. Just simple went ahead to cut someone else’s hair. I will not give this place a chance.
