If I could give zero stars, I would. No one greeted me when I walked and when I had a question… I said excuse me to anyone and they just ALL ignored me. Every time I’ve gone here has been a very enjoyable experience! Everybody is so nice and if you don’t feel like talking, they don’t mind. The most recent time I went, I got my first ever pedicure and oh my gosh, it was so nice. The lady who took care of me did such a nice job on my feet and they look so cute, especially compared to how they looked before lol. 10/10 experience ❤

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy nails fell off in less then two weeks and my pinky toe nail was ripped in half and my big toe nail was ripped completely off. I barely can walk on my foot. Wouldn’t recommend. They won’t fix it anything they messed up nor provide a refund. On top of that each of my nails were different shapes and sizes were even crooked. My nails fell off in less then two weeks and my pinky toe nail was ripped in half and my big toe nail was ripped completely off. I barely can walk on my foot. Wouldn’t recommend. They won’t fix it anything they messed up nor provide a refund. On top of that each of my nails were different shapes and sizes were even crooked. Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf this is the nail salon in the mall I’m never coming here again! Poor customer service! I went yesterday and they did not acknowledge you, did not greet you or give you a wait time, they looked you straight in the eyes and said nothing!!! They looked very disgruntled as if they didn’t want to be there. I waited a while to be seen but no one ever came to the front even to say “we’ll be right with you” or give an update. So I left! All of the workers seemed like they didn’t wanna be there.. they were acting like they were the only nail salon left in the world. I left and went to one of the MANY other local salons. I will NOT tolerate poor customer service if I’m the one paying. If they keep this up they won’t be in business for long.
