The facility is nice, we were greeted pleasantly and they accommodated 2 walk-in pedicures. My pedicure was good (the gentleman was a little rough), overall I’d give him a 9. My fiancé had a terrible experience. The woman doing his pedicure was rushed, although there were only 2 other customers in the salon, and she cut him leaving him bleeding. She then tried to continue as though nothing had happened. I called over the woman who greeted us upon arrival, she apologized and had the wound treated. Next the technician tried to do the hot wax treatment with an open wound. We ended the pedicure because the wound made the premier pedicure impossible.

I have come here a few times and the quality is not worth it. I am very disappointed as my nails look good when I leave the salon but fall apart less than a week later. I have not had this problem with any other salon. For each visit of three, I got an acrylic fill with gel polish, every visit they started chipping the next day. This last time they were for a vacation, I had to return to the salon twice to get them fixed. Not worth the price and they do not last.

There’s a tech named Gigi that is very unsanitary and the rules do not apply to her for wearing gloves. She does not wear gloves the entire process of doing the pedicure I understand some techs take their gloves off during polish but she is not wearing them at all. She made two of my toes bleed and when I called the salon they tried to say I probably had a hangnail when I did not. Now I have two big holes in my toes with scars on them because the rough nail technician.

She quoted me a 25$ price and some how the math from that jumped to 74$ so in the beginning i was told my set would be only 25$ so i also decided to get my eyebrows done. Which was nine. So my total should have been 34 +tip. When i got up there to pay my total ended up being 74$ she took 5 dollars off as a discount which it should have never been that high in the beginning especially when i asked. Ridiculous.
