They did any amazing job with my volcano pedicure and acrylic nails with design. I always do gel polish on my hands and feet. This was my first time visiting Premiere Nails because I’m not from the area. So glad I googled nail shops and chose this one! The ladies are super friendly, professional, detailed, the shop is clean and chic—it’s truly a calming and relaxing space. More like importantly…THEY CAN DO NAILS!!! I brought picture of what I wanted and it was executed flawlessly.

Workers are professional which I would only expect because a long time friend of mine owns and runs this nail shop. This nail set was my Christmas set I got done by Emily. They are always super nice and I’ve been here multiple times and my nails looked fine, but someone here did my nails for prom and they ended up like this. Walked in, so the wait time was decent (20-30), but I was grateful to get my nails done without an appointment and they look great! Took my acrylics off with absolutely no discomfort, and all the ladies were super nice.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am on vacation here in NC and I stopped in to get my nails done. Not only did it take 3 hours to do a simple matte black set of acrylics, I was the only one waiting, even after 4 people cam in AFTRR me as walk ins. A lady did my nails in between the 4 that were after me. I had a nail redone do to wrinkling, my nails are lumpy, uneven, and just down right NOT worth the 75 dollars she charged me. I have acrylic all around my nail cuticle, glue down the fingerprint of my fingers. I would NEVER recommend anyone get their nails done at this place, save yourself the money on the bottle of acetone you will have to purchas after.

Went for an appointment. They told me I made the appointment for a different day, meanwhile there were three other technicians sitting in the customers chair getting their nails done and trying to figure out who should do my pedicure. My husband and I visit this place and get full service,( mani pedi) every other week and tip the ladies way above 20%. I will never return.

This place is under new ownership as of probably a year and a half ago. They raised their prices and in my opinion, they don’t do as much for the pedicure. Kayla did a pretty good job but the foot and leg massage was minimal.
