Booked a Bridal Party hair and makeup appointment.After several hours with only one hairdresser.Only two bridesmaids had their hair done .The bride was told that she didn’t know how to do her updo . This was after the bride was called and was told they didn’t have a makeup artist at 8 am. After the mother of the bride demanded her money for the makeup appointment be returned so she could scramble to find a different place .Ten minutes later then had someone.Why didn’t they call someone else before upsetting the bride? Yeah

I want to post this, so that anyone with someone with a disability who needs their hair done knows, what an absolutely amazing experience we had here. I have a client with intellectual disabilities who came here to get her hair done. She doesn’t like to sit still, and they did such an amazing job, and my client looks beautiful. Wonderful staff! Great haircuts, absolutely love Heather! We have been going to her for years, just won’t leave her ❤️ Things have changed in the ‘Covid times’, call when you get there, someone will be out to ask you questions and take your temperature before you go in. Once in there they have shields and distancing in place, while still maintaining a stylish and inviting atmosphere.

The people are very kind! But today I went to get my hair done and I told her I did not want my hair cut…just highlighted. Was also told that highlights were just going to be $65 on the phone and I was charged $120 for a trim and highlights…way too expensive in my opinion for what I got. They also tried getting me to buy $40 shampoo and conditioner on top of that. They are very friendly, but should tell prices before doing things or upcharging you
