The older lady was a bit rude. She filed my pinky toe down to look like I didn’t have a toenail at all, so it looks like I only have 4 nails. However the 4 look great.

The girl was so rough on my toes , cut my skin , scraped the top of my foot , and on top of that didn’t even paint one of my pinkie toes . Then proceeded to say I didn’t have a toe nail but clearly there is !!!!!!!! I will never pay 40 dollars again to get 9 toes done !!! Pedicure

I have been here twice. The first time my nails started to come up before they were even on a week. I gave them another shot and the second time was even worse. My nails have been on for 3 days and four of them are already coming up. The lady was extremely rough. It was the most painful nail experience I have ever had. She kept telling me to relax but it’s very hard when she was being so rough and hurting my nails. They also are very rude. Not welcoming at all. The whole time I was getting my nails done there was another worker there showing her something on her phone and they would just laugh and carry on about whatever was on the phone and I was just sitting there. The last straw for me was when another customer came in for an eyebrow wax. They lady left me sitting there to go do the eyebrows. When she was done she never washed her hands. She came back and got sticky wax on my hands from the other customer and I even had an eyebrow hair stuck on my hand. I was completely disgusted. I highly recommend you go ANYWHERE else. This place doesn’t even deserve one start.

Just went to have Mani/ Pedi and can promise you it will be the last!! Was treated very rudely, the two women could have honestly cared less that I was there. My nails look terrible will not last a week, file marks visible and bubbles in top coat!! Do not recommend at ALL. $50 I should have just thrown in the Mall floor.

My kids got me a gift certificate for a pedicure here for Mother’s Day. The whole experience was disastrous!!! The older lady was absolutely rude and pushy. The whole time she was watching YouTube on her phone and the only time she spoke to me was to tell me to my foot is awkward positions in a harsh manner. To top it off, she rinsed off the tools she used on me and put them right back in the case with some other tools that were labeled sterile!! My heart sunk and I felt so disgusted!! I walked out of there as quickly as possible and will let everyone know how unprofessional and deplorable the condition are at that place!

Had the WORST possible experience getting SNS over artificial tips for my 15year old daughter. They cut all but 1 one of my 15yr old daughters fingers, had terrible attitude before all this and it got far worse when I mentioned her fingers were bleeding, please take a little more care in your work. We weren’t the only ones complaining about the services, attitudes & prices either at this point. We made a spur of the moment decision to go here while out shopping and it was a huge mistake, to pay$45 for this is way too much(no discount was offered like anywhere else does when you’re displeased with the results), and 10mins later while walking in other stores in the mall, her fingers still bled. The crappiest place I have ever seen or stepped foot in, hate the fact it was my child who had to suffer this experience. Don’t reccomend, really 1star is too many, they’re terrible all around
