Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I took my 7 year old for her haircut which I usually do myself. And this is what I got! I asked to have 3 long layers in her hair and even it out. After I realized it was uneven after the first cut in which she chopped of at least 2-3 inches which I told her to keep the length! She cut it again and this is what we got! Her hair was to the middle of her back! I’m definitely never going back. She didn’t even wet it! Just brushed and chopped! I’m NOT happy. I expected my daughter to get a nice cut for her first day of school! Totally unacceptable! I was going to go back and demand my money back but it was in my best interest NOT TO, IT WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN GOOD! I don’t know her name. it was so horrible she (Lisa) left my hair uneven and when i got home i has to cut off the uneven pieces she didn’t even wet my hair i told her to cut my hair medium length she did short instead and she rushed all of it she didn’t even have customers that day MACYS GET NEW AND BETTER HAIR STYLIST INSTEAD OF THE ONES YOU HAVE NOW i don’t even know how they have a degree
