I never write bad reviews but I feel this is warranted. Owner was 40 minutes late for my blowout. I just asked for just to just change it to a hot tools appt because I was now an hour late and had a tight schedule.. I hadn’t brushed out my hair because I thought I was going to get a blow out. She didn’t even brush out my hair. I had to ask, can you brush out my hair. The curling iron had another persons hair stuck to it. There were bags everywhere, extensions coming out of the drawers. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Three of my friends had services on the same day with Samantha and we all had similar experiences.
