Had a great walk-in experience! Salon was clean and calm. Service was fast and the owner was nice and accommodating about getting me in without an appointment. The nail tech was a perfectionist and my nails look great. Price was awesome and so much less than other places around the area. Granted, they don’t have as many dip color options as other places do, but I will be back for another dip manicure.

Meh. The guy who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. The experience was not that great. My nails look sort of okay (not better than what I could do at home). I feel like the classic “pedi pampering” was completely lacking. I also noticed they used an emory board that had been used before. It made me wonder what else was not sanitary. Emory boards are cheap enough. I will keep looking for my new nail place.

After going there ever two weeks for over 12 years I won’t be going back. Had an appointment for 5:30 for a fill in and pedicure. Once the pedicure was done at six o’clock I was told they wouldn’t have time to do my fingernails, I would have to come back because they were doing other peoples nails. I will be going somewhere else from now own. Why make appointments if they aren’t going to keep them.

I called a several weeks prior to my wedding day to schedule an appointment to have my hair done. When I arrived at the appointment early the morning of my wedding, I was told the stylist had broken his collar bone two weeks prior and wasn’t working. I was not notified prior to my walking into the salon. Thankfully I was able to fix my hair myself in an acceptable manner.

Fast service for a pedicure without an appointment. Kind, helpful staff. I am pleased with the results but I’m not so sure I would ever go back again. The business was clean and the atmosphere was very nice, but the nail files, cuticle trimmers, etc, were not in sterile packaging. They were obviously used on other customers and I don’t know what their cleaning practices are. I’d rather drive farther to go somewhere else than to risk an infection.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTo say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I had called at 10 am to make an appointment for my grandma and I at 2 pm. I wanted dip nails and she was scheduled for a pedicure. Her pedicure got done and looked good. However, I had waited 45 min to even get looked at by someone. She had already been finished with her toes and they said they couldn’t even do the nails I wanted. I know this is not true because I have gotten them done that way before with dip. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I had called at 10 am to make an appointment for my grandma and I at 2 pm. I wanted dip nails and she was scheduled for a pedicure. Her pedicure got done and looked good. However, I had waited 45 min to even get looked at by someone. She had already been finished with her toes and they said they couldn’t even do the nails I wanted. I know this is not true because I have gotten them done that way before with dip. I would not recommend this place for anyone. If I could give them no stars I would.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI scheduled an appointment at 10:30 2 weeks in advance. At 11:30 they got my friend and I into the pedicure chairs. 30 minutes later they started on my friend. We just got the basic pedicure with regular polish. Then they didn’t let us sit together while they did the gel nails. I asked for a design and showed them a picture. I really wish they would have just said they couldn’t do it. When I left I noticed they didn’t clean my cuticles very well and the gel polish was on my skin. Now, one day later, the gel nail polish is already lifting up. I am a mom of two under two and I never get out. They only charged 55$. Cheap but horrible. 30 minutes total for a manicure and pedicure. 2 hour total stay in the building despite having an appointment. Super frustrated. We just got the basic pedicure with regular polish. Then they didn’t let us sit together while they did the gel nails. I asked for a design and showed them a picture. Had nails done saturday. I called them today, wednesday, to let the manager know they were chipping off. I had them done for my family reunion in ohio. The lady that did them talked me into goin for the more expensive gel sayin that it would last longer. Well the manager told me today i would not get them fixed for free but when i get back i could get a discount on my next visit. Why would i want to go back if they wont last 3 days. I would be embarrassed to give this type of service.
