Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFrom the moment we stepped in the door until we were ushered out, the staff was in a rush to finish with us. There was nobody else in the salon and they acted like they were completely booked! I asked for the lady to clean out my i grown toenail, and she told me i didn’t have one.. i’ve had ingrown toenails for almost 40 years….. i asked them to use the extra grater/exfoliant on my brother, they refused. I asked for a different color on one of my toes, refused. I asked them to match the color of my toes in gel for my hands and he selected a color much brighter. He did put a darker top coat on when i requested, but he did a sloppy job. My lady hurt my feet multiple times because she was in such a hurry. The person who did my nails, didn’t ask what shape i wanted and did them completely opposite if what they were and had to refile. I had to ask if they iffered different services, and they seemed annoyed. Quoted over $60 for their “special” pedicure. I still ended up paying almost a hundred bucks for the worst pedi/mani! Its three days later and my feet already feel scratchy. From the moment we stepped in the door until we were ushered out, the staff was in a rush to finish with us. There was nobody else in the salon and they acted like they were completely booked! I got gel shellac both times and the nail polish peeled within 24 hours. First time I thought it was just a coincidence and maybe it was because of how I wore the polish even tho anywhere else stays on for a month but happened again a second time??? Both polishes were by different technicians too!Staff is so nice and friendly but with SUCH BAD WORK ON GEL THAT PEELS WITHIN 24 HOURS! I have no option but to give it 1 star and never go here again even though people were so nice. :-(Please train your staff better so gel polish does not lift/peel and remains intact for at least 2 weeks!Service: ManicureUGH!
