Andy took his time on it even when we were talking reservation time (we were not in a rush) just general estimating of finishing up. I have tried this place a few times now & have had an issue every time!! I’m normally pretty laid back, but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I chose a gel color & on the display it looked light pink. After she was finished they looked yellowish, almost translucent. I asked if we could do a layer of a brighter pink over it & the man that always sits at the front told me he was going to charge me $20 to do that!!! I had just spent $50 on the full set. Another time when I walked in I told them I had an hour & asked if that was long enough for a dip. He said yes & I was seated. My tech was soooo slow!! I was almost 20 minutes late to work (which was 5 minutes away) & had a lady that was seated after me & left before me who was getting the same exact service. They have no regard for their clients. My daughters and I were there today for full set and acrylic fills. My 16 year old asked for a heart and the nail tech decided to put glitter and some stripes on the heart (which My daughter did not ask for). My daughter said I don’t like the heart with all that I don’t want it. The tech then loudly scolds her telling her she should have said something when she started and not wait till the end. That it is too hard for her to take it off. She repeated herself several times till I turned around d to ask what happened. She them proceeded to speak Vietnamese to the owner and still charged her for the heart design. Tough lesson learned today by my daughter. I did reiterate that she was paying for a service and she can voice her opinion on the services she received. Will not be going back and would definitely not recommend!!
