I got my nails done and I used a groupon and when we arrived the door was locked even though it was open hours so it made me feel like the neighborhood was bad or something. We talked to one person on the phone and he said come but when we showed up there was no man there and the females inside all but one were acting like they were not here to work! My friend decided from the moment she wanted nothing to do with the situation and she wasn’t getting her feet done but I had to go forward or I lost my money so I did. The girl with the Jamaican accent was rude. The one with the colored hair was rude. But he girl who did my nails was so kind and patient. She showed lots of compassion. After she finished I wanted my toes painted and the one with the Jamaican accent took over since she was supposed to be a specialist but she jacked my feet up made me pay for it and acted as if she didn’t care. At the end they tried to lighten up and conversation with me but it was too late the experience was killed a while ago.I will not be back either. It was a bad experience and a waste of money for my toes.

place is very small & cramped especially in the pedicure section. I had to wait until they figured out how to take my payment 1st via group on (where as most nail spas collect payment after services). My daughter’s spa chair did not work to relieve her of her 90degree sitting angle which was very uncomfortable. My “tech” asked me why was my foot hurting when I informed her of the pain she was causing me with the unneccessary foot callous remover. The tech were using mini nail files and pumice stones that look very cheap. There were no menus to browse the various pedicures which the techs argued over whom was right regarding the services included in the predicures, which I never found out what came with what. The equipment is so out dated. There were ppl repairing a car outside in the parking lot. The techs’ spoke about their boss whom they named “cruella” with such distaste that I’m sure they’ll talk about me & my daughter once we leave. Once I selected OPI nail laquer my tech complained of the OPI it was more difficult to use for gel polishing. I came to relax after a tough week but this place nothing close. To include EVERYONE in there had their hair THROWED! And the t-shirts instead,of smocks look very cheap. WE WILL NOT BE BACK, I WILL NOT TIP FOR HORRIBLE SERVICES. ugh! Neither tech could perform a gel manicure without having to do it over again. They played vulgar music to which the staff stated I cant hide my 15 yr old from the world. Wth? Stay away!
