This establishment was recommended by an acquaintance, so I decided to try. I booked online for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. When I arrived, I waited past my appointment time, which, I was understanding of. My fingernails were covered in foil and acetone to remove the current gel color and covered with a plastic glove and then I was seated in a pedicure chair and she didn’t come back for 15 minutes. The pedicure was mediocre at best, but she didn’t get all of the previous color off before applying the new color, so you can still see spots of black, and she painted my cuticles which looked awful and I trimmed off myself. (I’ll spare feet pics in this review) fast forward to my dip manicure. She didn’t file any of my nails prior to dipping, nor did she cover my entire nail, so the corners aren’t covered, and already separating. Whatever top cost she put on did not end up smooth like previous dip manicures I have had, instead it looks like traditional nail polish that wasn’t dry and looks smudged and uneven. She was more concerned with charging her phone, and the headset she was talking on for the entirety of my service than paying attention and doing a good job. On top of all of that if you pay using a card of any kind there is a 3.99% service fee, so on top of an $80 trip, I then had to add more because they charge you to use your card. They clearly state if you have issues in the first 7 days to call them, however this service was booked before my 6 day stretch of 12 hour shifts 11am-11:30pm and I cannot return within that time frame. Only sharing this experience to try and save someone else from wasting their time and money here. I did give two stars because the salon itself is very nice and appears clean, however the quality of my service was terrible. This place has potential to be amazing, especially with the location they are in.

Literally HORRIBLE. They knew what they were doing by trying to rush my nails… they even forgot to put acrylic on the corner of my thumb nail and the plastic nail chipped off. THESE PICTURES ARE FROM THE DAY AFTER I GOT THEM NEWLY DONE!!! I payed $50 for these and even tipped $10. I won’t being going back, horribly done. Acrylic nails

The treatment at the business was fine but I did feel like my nails were rushed and done sloppily. Never have my nails been done so quickly. Once it was finished, I saw that the color went over my nails onto my skin on all fingers. That was not an exaggeration. The technician didn’t even fill the color up to the end of my nail bed either. Super jagged looking around that area. The lady used a brush on my nails when they were done setting but it made streaks across 8/10 nails. The color was slightly transparent as well even though it’s not supposed to be. It was only $27 but a week later my nails are already struggling not to chip off.

Gave this salon a 2nd chance. It is close to my home and inside is always looking clean. Unfortunately, will not be going back. My daughter got full set acrylic w/gel polish and I got pedi w/gel polish as well as dip nails. My daughter got cut and then she said the lady laughed about it. Her nails were okay. My pedi was good (done by someone else). My nails are short so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but my dip is so thick it looks bulky. My thumbs were not filed evenly and have dips in both the shape as well as powder, the edges are rough and if I put hand through hair it gets stuck under the nail. I expect them to come off before they should. Please don’t contact me to “fix”… i don’t trust the services provided by your staff. Over $160 (service, tip, & surcharge for paying w card) for sub-par results. My advice – go somewhere else.

I love Premier Nails–It is the ONLY place that I will go to in Lebanon. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. I never have to wait when I make an appointment. My nails always look great when I leave! 🙂

I went here with my mom soon after they opened up, and I will never be going back. The technicians were very nice, but they barely spoke English, and the pedicures were very poor quality. Before I left, I decided to have her wax my eyebrows. It. Was. Awful. She did a poor job AND left wax residue on my face and in my hair. She did not fix it and instead acted like she had never done an eyebrow wax. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go!

Critical: QualityNice people and clean facility but the quality was very poor. I will not be going back ever. My friend and I both went for gel pedicures and dip manicures. We were happy with our pedicures but the problems started with our manicures. I’ve had dip done before and loved it so I expected the same experience but sadly it wasn’t to be. I had multiple nails that were not shaped well and were crooked. I asked her to fix it about six times and after the sixth time I gave up. I’ve showed them to multiple people and everyone says they can see how crooked they are. My friends nail technician didn’t finish her dip nails with gel which is insane because the regular nail polish top coat runs and doesn’t dry right. We were sitting next to each other and ordered the same service but both got very different results. They need to have a uniform system for how they do certain services. It doesn’t make sense that my technician finished my nails with a gel topcoat and my friends didn’t. My friend ended up with a messed up nail that she had to tip another nail technician to fix for her before we left. The quality between both our dip manicures was very different but neither was great. It’s so sad. I won’t be going back. Critical: QualityTL:DR – if you go here MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THE SERVICES YOU ASK FOR. Make sure they understand you clearly.Long version – I normally use another salon and decided to try this place because it is new and closer to my home. I was here on Thursday afternoon. Today is Saturday. Half of my acrylics are peeling up already after only two days. When I walked in, I asked for an acrylic fill and a polish. The girl who did my nails was very nice but clearly did not understand a word I was saying – I said multiple times I only wanted a fill and that my acrylics were new, only two weeks old. Before I know it, she has my fingers wrapped in acetone and the nails were gone. Ok, fine. A mistake is a mistake. She then proceeded to start painting my nails without putting acrylics back on! I stopped her and asked for the acrylic nails. She put them on, however they were THIN as all get out when I specifically requested thick acrylic. The shape and size of my nails were so jacked up – none of them were the same shape or length, and most of them were pointy, when I asked for rounded. Next is the polish – I asked for black, and it looked dark in the bottle, but when I got outside it was NAVY. I am SO UPSET they charged me $35 or more (honestly, I don’t know how much it was because I was so upset when paying for the manicure, I also my left my debit card at the desk – I just wanted to leave so badly) for a manicure that should have cost $20-$25 MAX and they removed my good, strong acrylics for thin, peeling up acrylic. That night at home I had to trim, shape, and repaint my nails myself. I’m now on vacation with completely ruined, jacked up nails and honestly, I just want a refund because I now have to get them done AGAIN after only two days. So upset. UPDATE: the other half of my nails literally peeled off in the shower this morning (Sunday) so now I have ZERO acrylics, ZERO polish, and brittle, sanded down exposed raw nails which will all be painfully short by the end of today.Services: Acrylic nails, ManicureTL:DR – if you go here MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THE SERVICES YOU ASK FOR.
