Went for a pedicure and gel refill. The guy that was assigned to do my nails has poor customer service skills. (He sits a couple chairs to the right. ) He performed the pedicure as if he didn’t want to and then when it came to the 5 minute foot massage portion of my pedicure, he lazily rubbed lotion on my legs. By the time I realized that THAT was the “foot” massage it was 30 sec left on the timer and he says “well that’s your massage”. Please note I’ve been to this salon before (simply because it’s a convenient location for me) and each time Ive paid for a 5 minute foot massage during my pedicure- I received an actual foot massage. As for the refill, I requested a simple design and instead of suggesting something else he said well I can’t do it. He tried to pawn me off on another mail tech in which all of them were busy so that was pointless. Fast forward my nails were done but began bubbling the next day. I came back for it to be corrected and the owner (woman who sits directly) in front was extremely nasty about it and said “well I’m not fixing it wait for him”. She often has a very nasty attitude toward customers that I’ve noticed. Ultimately he “fixes” my nails just for them to chip, bubble, & crack 2 days later. Please try another salon in the area before this one. Preferably glamour nails on 130.
