The woman at the front desk was unpleasant from the beginning she has no customer service skills and lost my business today and in the future as I’ll never come back I waited 3 hours to get my nails done just for her to tell me someone had an appointment right before it was my turn she told me the ladies appointment was with a nail tech named Aaron so when the other gentleman was done with my sisters nails another lady sat me down just for the lady behind the counter to tell me I needed to get up because there was an appointment she had a nasty attitude then argued that she wasn’t being rude she was just “letting me know”. Horrible person to be the one interacting with all of your customers. On top of everything she told us for all of us it would be $52 a piece and charged us $160 for 2 people and the nails were uneven and not what we asked for.

PLEASE BE AWARE!! This place is a very overpriced. There are no prices posted anywhere. I went in with my 9 year old daughter to get a manicure and pedicure. From the time we first arrived it had a bad vibe after we talked to the lady at the front desk. She was rude from the beginning after I asked to sit next to my daughter, she loudly said NO! It took me by surprise… My 9 year old daughter got a shellac French manicure and pedicure. They charged me $70.00 dollars for my 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER’s nails!!

We called to make an appointment and the person on the phone said not to worry, they had plenty of nail techs and we would be able to walk right in and be served. When we walked in, every station was full and we were told that there would be a 40 minute wait.

Rose is really great at doing nails, but I had an appointment at 11 and she didnt start on my nails till 11:30. They are pretty expensive, next day rhinestones come off my $87 nails.. I didn’t leave the place till 3:30 which i had a pedicure done which was $57 plus $5 for them to paint them.. Definitely will be going else where in the near future.

I used to come regularly for nails and pedicures for my daughter and myself and this will be my last time. we waited for over 2+ hours and constantly had people put before us. the management of customers is terrible and it’s almost impossible to communicate what we wanted. I will NOT be back!!

We came back to Livingston for a family wedding and decided to treat ourselves to a mani/pedi before the wedding. This place was so nice. They are more than hospitable, offered us a glass of wine, helped pick a color for my mom when she couldn’t decide, and gave the best foot and leg massage I’ve had at a nail salon. Since I live in Nor Cal and don’t get to come back very often, I’m definitely going to miss this place.

The pedicure was awesome I got the 24kt, another service was dip powder, the technician seemed a little inexperienced the texture and edges didn’t turn out smooth so my hair would get caught.

Critical: QualityBefore we started the pedicure I asked if we could add on a tip and acrylic on my right toe to make it look more natural, and the nail tech was confident and told me that she would be able to do that for me. My pedicure and cleanliness were fine, the toe polish and miscommunication was the issue during my experience. She then disregarded what I asked for and began to apply gel polish without the tip add on. Overall in my opinion this was not the experience I wanted for my relaxation time. Pricing was not an issue, but never imagined that she would ask for the full experience price if I as the customer wasn’t given what I had asked for or been satisfied with the polish experience. Of course I payed full price without any disruptions and never want to tear down a specific person, but this situation as a whole should’ve been handled accordingly and better within the spa and nail tech to have a satisfied experience outcome with the client. Before we started the pedicure I asked if we could add on a tip and acrylic on my right toe to make it look more natural, and the nail tech was confident and told me that she would be able to do that for me.
