I received a gift card from my staff and traveled 40 miles to get pampered. I was a new client and initially felt very pampered and relaxed. I got both a pedicure and a manicure ( nails were done last). The technician told me to stay seated until my nails were dry. A walk-in person arrived about 3 minutes thereafter and the technician told me I had to go . She stated someone up front could help me put my coat on since my nails weren’t dry. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism as I was a paying client too. My nails were destroyed within minutes. I’ve shared the experience with the owners via the survey they provided to me by text and on a private Facebook message including photos. They have not taken the time to respond so I can only assume this behavior is acceptable to them. I was robbed of a great experience! Thank goodness there is other competition.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am very disappointed with the Service that I received today. I’ve only been there one other time and I really liked the experience that I had so I decided to try it again, bad decision. The shape and design on my nails are nothing like the inspiration picture that I showed. The lady who did my nails was very rough and cut my cuticles while she was filing my nails but didn’t actually clean up my cuticles. The finished design, though better than the first try was still messy and could have been a lot better. The worst part is that I paid $81 for nails that I would expect to spend no more than $60 other places. Very disappointed and probably won’t be back. Stopped in during our girls weekend. The place was recommended to us. My daughter in law goes to your location. So we decided to try it during our visit to Nebraska. We were both very happy with our nails. Staff was welcoming and took the time to give us the nails we both asked for.

I loved the atmosphere, everything seemed clean, and the staff was friendly. I got a full set of acrylics, and they’re not terrible, but I’ve gotten better results at other places. Some of the tips were pretty crooked, and others were uneven in how rounded the corners were. Overall the technician just seemed like he rushed through it a bit.

Nice place, good color selection, nice full bar. My friend & I made an appointment & had to wait about 20 minutes, ended up being there 2 hours and 10 mins for a dip mani and shellac pedi. Part of that was probably due to the face it was a Friday evening. They made the wrong drink, and could’ve given the wrong one plus the right drink without extra cost, but no big deal.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past few months and always my nails look amazing. Leo doesn’t talk very much but does an amazing job really quick. Most places I go and nail will pop off here and there. At Premier Nail Bar I’ve never had a nail pop off. I would highly recommend this place. Acrylic nails

I came in today for a fill on my acrylic nails. The color I picked out did not match when it was actually placed on my nail so I asked for a different color. The tech (not mentioning name) seemed annoyed with that and me so it immediately put me in a weird mood the rest of the time. He didn’t shape my nails and I didn’t feel comfortable at that point asking for anything else. As soon I left and made it home, my nail broke. ☹️
