Fillers
Hair Removal Unwanted hair is a common problem for both men and women. Premier Medical Spa offers Permanent Hair Reduction for all unwanted hair or thinning of hair when complete removal is not desired. All skin types without an active tan can be treated, with the exception of blond or grey hair. Juvederm Fillers Hyaluronic Acid is a protein found naturally in the human body and in turn there is an enzyme that degrades it as well. Thus the “HA” fillers are no permanent and will last anywhere from 9-18 months depending on an individuals metabolism and location of the filler. These fillers are versatile, soft, clear and appear very natural once in place. The Hyaluronic Acid fillers are wonderful for adding volume to an area that you never had before or restoring volume to an area where it has been lost. Some examples of HA Fillers include: Juvederm, Voluma, Perlane, and Restylane.
Kybella Kybella™ is an injectable used in adults to permanently destroy fat cells. It has been FDA approved to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also known as the “double chin.” It is not know if Kybella™ is safe and effective for use outside of the submental area, however advanced injectors have used Kybella™ off-label on other areas such as the jowls, underarm fat, belly, thighs and more.

Levulan Therapy Levulan therapy is a photo active treatment that once applied to the skin’s treatment area will be rapidly absorbed. It is then exposed to a light source to ‘active.’ Once activated it has been shown to destroy pre-cancer lesions, known as Actinic Keratosis. It has also been compared to Isotretinoin (Accutane) treatment for it’s lasting and amazing results in treating severe acne.
Lymphatic Drainage Lymphatic drainage is a technique that uses very light pressure with specific gentle, rhythmic strokes that stimulate the Lymphatic System which allows for quicker cellular detoxification.This technique is widely used in health conditions that need assistance in draining excess fluid build up, water retention, surgical recovery and recovering from a recent cold or allergy. Lymphatic drainage is all about the flushing of your system so be sure you drink plenty of water afterwards.
Micro-blading A non permanent form of customized color pigment is manually etched by hand into the skin after precise calculations and measurements are taken. These measurements allow for a penciled stencil of your brow for review prior to starting along with significant time and options for numbing. A 4-6 week touch up appointment is included to allow changes during the healing processes. Given this is not a permanent process everyone will fade and shed ink differently thus requiring the procedure again. That allows for different placement and color changes! A consultation with ink patch testing is recommended prior to procedure.

Platelet Rich Plasma Treatment PRP is conducted in-office by taking a simple blood draw, then your platelets are carefully processed while your treatment area is prepped for injection. Once the PRP is processed, it will be injected into the treatment area and sometimes applied topically. When applying PRP topically this treatment will be combined with a micro pen, commonly known as a ‘Vampire Facial’. Skin Exam A basic skin exam is always welcome to our clients with sun precautions reviewed. While we do not accept medical insurance, a skin check for skin cancers is always free. If a lesion looks suspicious then a biopsy will be offered at cost, with insurance, if applicable, covering pathology. You may also choose to follow up with a Dermatologist on your health care plan for a second evaluation/biopsy. General patients are welcome for acne, eczema or other dermatology needs. If a service is performed during the visit then there is typically no charge. However, if a medical visit or refill of medication is all your seeking then a basic follow-up is charged.
