I went and i asked for a natural set. I got charged for a natural set. When i got done I thought they looked good until i got out into the natural light. There were so many lashes on my eyes that my eyes were weighed down and i could barely open them. I called and told them I didn’t like the way they looked and that they didn’t look natural and I asked them if i could come get them removed. The lady that did my eyelashes argued with me about them looking good and we said it looked like a volume set instead of a natural set so she said that she only charged me for a natural set. I proceeded to call and ask how to remove them and she wouldn’t tell me. We went back to the salon to see if I could get them removed and all she said she would do is “fix them.” I got frustrated and just left and they are the hardest thing to take off and there is lash glue all over my eye and my lower eyelashes.

I’m not one to usually leave a bad review even when I have a bad experience, but this one was so bad I had to in hopes no one experiences the same thing I did. I made an appointment to be seen for dip nails for 4 o’clock today. My appointment ended up lasting nearly 3 hours, and still did not even get finished while several women that came in after me without an appointment finished way before I finally left. One even telling me “good luck” because their poor service was so noticeable. My cuticles are torn, my skin is burned, and after going somewhere else in attempts to have them fixed I find out they weren’t even done correctly. My tip wasn’t properly glued to my natural nail, so now water can get underneath them causing them to mold if I do not soak them off. I went here because I waited last minute to get them done and my usual place was completely booked for the weekend. LESSON LEARNED. My usual nail tech actually saw me after hours to attempt to fix them because I called her crying I was so frustrated. She has to wait a week to soak the nails off because my skin and cuticles are so irritated currently. On top of it all, I was still charged $40 for an unfinished service. I will NOT be returning.

The ladies here always take care of me & my nails! I always feel like welcome and know my business is appreciated. They do an amazing job on my nails and they can do any design you can think of! Every pedicure is done with care and is so relaxing! They have the BEST massage chairs too! You cannot go wrong with Premier Lash and Nail Spa!
