I have attended the clinic a number of times for various treatments including botulinum toxin, laser hair removal and a wonderful relaxing facial. The environment is relaxing and comfortable with a very professional feel. Every treatment was done with extreme care and excellent pre~ and post treatment information. Follow-up was done via telephone and e-mail and felt very caring and complete. The results are very natural – I highly recommend!

Since 2012 I have been going to Premier for many different skin treatments. Today I updated my Silhouette and Botox to keep looking great! I feel like a family member every time I walk in the door and can’t thank Sarah, Wendy, Lila, Betsy, Lillia and Crystal for making all of the visits over the years the best possible experiences ever! My first experience at Premier Laser was about 7 years ago. I was given a gift certificate for a massage and I’ve been hooked ever since. These women are amazing and make you feel special from the moment you walk through the front door. Every time I call to make an appointment, I can hear Wendy smiling through the phone on the other end! And a huge shout out to Sarah, Lila and Besty! These are the only women I would let touch my face with a needle! Staff is highly-qualified and knowledgeable. And…they have THE BEST customer service!

Great place for laser hair removal. The treatment gets rid of hair. I use on facial and it actually tightens up your skin a little. You will see results after a few treatment. It has gotten rid of my moustache.

My wife and I went here for massages and facials, and we had an amazing experience. The parking was easy, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the space was calming and tranquil. The 1 hour massage was thorough with perfect pressure throughout. The facial was expertly conducted with a high attention to detail. There was also a relaxing tea room to rest in between and after treatments. Most notably, you could really tell that the staff cared about your well-being. In fact, during the facial, the technician noticed that my wife had several “skin tags” and recommended a safe procedure to remove them. My wife was able to schedule next day at the medical spa and had them all efficiently removed. Hands down this is the best medical spa in the Rio Grande Valley for service and value! We’ll definitely be returning here.
