Waited 50 minutes to have stitches removed. Was lectured by staff because I had an attitude about waiting for all patients, who came in after me, get called back. I was accused by staff of calling another staff person a “bi–ch,” which I did not do. She asked how I was doing, and granted she was not the cause of my irritation, but I simply said “you mean after waiting 45 minutes to get stitches out?” She then said they were short-staffed, yet there were no fewer and 9 people running around that office. I replied “yeah sure,” then was accused of using foul language. The surgeon who removed the stitches was dumbfounded that I waited out there for so long, as he obviously had 5 minutes in between cases to take some stitches out. I believe the desk clerk decided to be passive aggressive because I did not put a mask on. If she would have insisted, I would have politely left the office right away, as I am no longer going to wear a mask just to make other people feel “safe”. There is no science behind it and the CDC lifted its recommendation for masks in medical facilities weeks ago.

Went in for a check up and pointed out 3 tags He cut off the tags without any numbing agent or freezing with an instrument that looked like a cuticle cutter. I screened as he cut each one off. His comment was it hurts less than a needle. Very insensitive and sadistic. Looking for a new dermatologist.

The waiting room is modern and clean, I haven’t had to wait long at all, and the facility and exam rooms feel new and bright. Great place to go! I see the PA Anna Ng and she is amazing. She always takes her time during each appointment and is very informative. The office is very clean and brand new inside, little to no wait time and very friendly staff-I would highly recommend!!
