Staff/receptionist extremely rude. Scheduled for a 6:30 massage. Upon arrival, I was told at the last minute that there was not a female masseuse available. Instead of trying to accommodate, he uses phrases like, “I don’t know what to tell you” and “I already told you that”. No professionalism at all. Will not be going back.

Just had a “deep tissue” massage with my husband for our anniversary. My husband was ok. Mine was literally the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. She literally rubbed lotion on me the entire time. Like when you go to get a pedicure and they just rub lotion on your calves and you leave disappointed… except it was my whole massage. I told the front desk lady and she said maybe it was because im pregnant? Like I don’t want a massage? Lol. Idk. They did nothing about the complaint. Unfortunately neither masseuse in the room spoke English or knew what I was saying so requesting an actual massage or any amount of pressure was pointless. I’m super disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Beware!!! Went in for a 90 minute full body massage and it only consisted of the back half of the body. They say it’s temporary during covid however they do not tell you ahead of time. Very disappointed in the customer service after the fact when I advised the front desk of the situation and was told yes they only do the back side. They could have massaged the quads or the side of the legs. A 30 minute massage would have been appropriate for just the back. The only places they used any oil was on the back and calves. The hamstrings got a slight massage during the 1st 10 minutes where they warm up your muscles and the neck got a stretch but no massage. Waste of money for no reason, poor customer, and the aches that I went in to get worked out never even got touched. I was in just last week for the foot soak and massage package and that one they do allow you on your back.

I purchased the package bulk deal which the owner suggested to save costs on multiple visits to relax. I ended up giving several as gifts to family members and they thoroughly enjoyed their experiences! I never felt pushy about leaving a tip- the optional add-on services like hot stone adds a holistic and zen experience after a long day!

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Place is clean and quiet. David has been working on the kinks and knots in my back and shoulders. I definitely feel the difference after gettong a massage here. I will recommend Premier Spa to my friends and family.

At first it seemed nice but I had an hour long session that was cut short because the people doing our massages took their time getting over to us, so although I ended up paying for an hour I got about 45 mins. Which might have been a blessing in disguise because the “masseuses” were so rough on us that we feel more sore the next day that we did the day prior. There are literally bruises on 2 of the 4 people from our group. These “masseuses” made fun of us the when they got to certain parts of our bodies such as feet, they spent too much time on places that didn’t really matter as much like my calf and butt instead of my back and feet, and the overall quality of the massage felt like I was uncomfortable the entire time and getting beat up. I was really looking forward to this and instead now I’m looking forward to never going back.
