Critical: ValueI had an amazing experience with Courtney! She was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. However; setting up my second appointment was a hassle the gentleman on the phone was kind not very nice. I missed my appointment do to my close family member finding out she had cancer. I called to schedule another appointment and all of a sudden the have zero availability for me. It was almost as if he didn’t want me to come back. Then he says with an attitude you also need to pay for the full service you no call no showed; didn’t bother to ask what happened. I was extremely disappointed as Courtney really made me feel so comfortable for it being my first time. Whoever is at the desk needs a customer service check.
