This nail salon is horrible, and has bad customer service because they do not have pricing transparency anywhere around the salon. They also overcharged me for a gel manicure. $17 +$20. That is ridiculous. I called over to another nail salon, and they only charge $30. Plus, it is a better salon in a nicer location. Also, when I questioned Willl at the checkout he was rude about it, and remarked that this the going rate everywhere. That is a complete lie. He needs to check out his competitors before stating that information. Well, I will NOT be back to this place again. I will do my own nails from now on. Finally, I was not offered a discount. I had been to this same salon three weeks earlier, and spent over a $100. Why was it not offered on this $70 service? Also, my manicure left me with weak and torn nails.I have attached a photo of my now ripped thumb nail.

So I have been to this Nail spa twice. First time Henry was my nail tech. I got a pedicure and he was super great. My previous pedicure (done at a different nail salon) wasn’t that great. Anywho, he asked me about length and shape and I told him and he did exactly that. Once he finished I was super happy about my color and everything. Now fast forward to my second visit (3 months later, I know I’m trying to get my life together yall lol). I tried to schedule an appointment with Henry again and they fit me in for an hour before closing. Again I got a pedicure and told him he was the last to do them. So we joked about that but again he asked how I wanted them and didn’t rush he took his time and made sure everything was to my liking. I’ll definitely go back and ask for Henry again.

I make my appointments with Alvin and he does the absolute BEST job on my nails, they come out perfect every single time. I even go to school in Tallahassee, FL and I make the 4 hour drive just for Alvin to do my nails. The salon is clean, customer service is fantastic, their hours are so convenient (especially if you work full-time), prices are amazing, and conversation is always pleasant. I have never had anything close to a bad experience here and I will continue to be a customer for as long as they are doing nails. I make my appointments with Alvin and he does the absolute BEST job on my nails, they come out perfect every single time. I even go to school in Tallahassee, FL and I make the 4 hour drive just for Alvin to do my nails. The salon is clean, customer service is fantastic, their hours are so convenient (especially if you work full-time), prices are amazing, and conversation is always pleasant.
