Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis was my first experience with laser hair removal, and it was a great experience! Premier was the only local practice I could find with the price menu posted on their website, so for that reason I decided to go with them, and I don’t regret it.The staff was very nice, they immediately admitted me to a room with almost no wait whatsoever, gave me a complementary spring water (they also offered flavored sparkling water!), and had me under the laser after maybe 10 minutes (most of that time was spent with me filling out the required pre-service info & consent forms). The whole place was very clean and the atmosphere was inviting and professional.As for the actual laser service, I had laser done on my upper lip and lower face. I naturally have a full beard, so I’ve got a lot of thick dark hairs to remove, yet it was still virtually painless. The best way to describe it was that it felt like the burn of spicy cinnamon candy, but on my face. Not bad at all. They give you breaks if it begins to get too hot/uncomfortable. The entire process of applying the cooling gel and running the laser took maybe 10-15 minutes. Super quick. They told me that their laser machine is new—only a couple months old—and less painful than their previous machine. It was definitely more scary than painful, and I’m sure that any nervousness I had will go away with future treatments (I ordered a 6-treatment package, so I’ll be returning 5 more times!)Kimmy did a great job and I’d recommend Premier to anyone looking for laser hair removal!Update: 7 months later, I’ve now had 7 laser treatments and my facial hair is far more manageable than it was before. It hurt less every time I went, as there’s less hair per square inch to be zapped.
