After reading the reviews and photos, I decided to give them a try. Long story short, I got what I asked for….and MORE!. I wanted to treat my hair as well as keep it in a protective style until my next braid appointment. The hairstylist Lamisha executed what I asked for. I appreciated her giving me insight and suggestions for what was best for my hair in addition to who I believe is the owner providing her insight which was definitely reassuring for me since I am taking a chance and obviously I am placing some trust in them. Lamisha was very attentive to my comfort and went above and beyond by getting me a beverage. The salon environment was very warm and welcoming. The other hairstylists demonstrate professionalism as well are very friendly. After a thorough search for black hair salons in Germantown, I came across Premier 818. After reading the reviews and photos, I decided to give them a try. Long story short, I got what I asked for….and MORE!. I wanted to treat my hair as well as keep it in a protective style until my next braid appointment. Critical: ValueI saw all the amazing reviews and ratings for this place and I decided to book an appointment due to the fact that I have been looking for a place close by for awhile. I was getting highlights and was very excited because the facility is beautiful and everything seemed to go well but I was NOT aware that having your hair at least blown dry would be an additional cost (which I had assumed was a normal thing following a wash). I left the salon with uneven color and wet hair. I saw all the amazing reviews and ratings for this place and I decided to book an appointment due to the fact that I have been looking for a place close by for awhile. I was getting highlights and was very excited because the facility is beautiful and everything seemed to go well but I was NOT aware that having your hair at least blown dry would be an additional cost (which I had assumed was a normal thing following a wash).
