Hands down the best experience and results I’ve been looking for. From the super easy appointment process (just book online!) to the exceptionally friendly and comfortable staff, the results speak for themselves. I’ve never had teeth whitening before and have always wanted to try it. I choose preferred one based on reviews and how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Less than 24 hours I was able to get seen and they made me feel completely comfortable. Totally painless and she explained every step of the way. My teeth have never been whiter but still looking natural. If I could give this 10 stars I would. After care is described in detail and they even give you water on your way out to ensure you rinse and hydrate. Will definitely be coming back in 6-12 months. Recommend 1000%!

From beginning to end, this process was simple and definitely effective! I went on their website & scheduled my appointment for the very same day (today) to do the hour teeth whitening. I was very hesitant at first because my teeth are very sensitive-I’ve tried whitestrips in the past and my teeth literally THROBBED for a couple days after. But this LED process caused me barely any discomfort at all and after the first (of 3) 20 minute session I could already tell a big difference in the shade of my teeth! I’ve been wanting to whiten my teeth for a VERY long time but have been too fearful of the pain or of just wasting my money, but Preferred One solved both of those concerns! Very nice staff & relaxing environment as well. Tracy did my sessions and she made me feel so much more comfortable. My teeth started out as shade 20 & after just the 2nd session they were already at shade 10 & after the 3rd and final 20 min session, they were all the way down between a 6 & an 8! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Quick, easy, and inexpensive 🙂

I was there today. It was very quick, efficient and easy. My teeth are amazingly white from a shade 16 to a shade 6. The person in charge explained everything along the way and while I was having the treatment he would check by me every 10 minutes. I had no sensitivity afterwards. The room was very comfortable. I relaxed like in a massage. I got a holiday special deal of $89 and my retouch in 6 months would be $69. I am glad I found this place. The owner ( I should had asked his name) explained how he has rented out the other rooms for facials, waxing and permanent make up….if anyone is interested!

I found an amazing deal on Groupon for teeth whitening and it just so happened to belong to this facility. I booked my appointment and met with Jem. It was a very pleasant experience and the results were phenomenal! I was able to see an 8 shade improvement in just an hour session! I will definitely be recommending this establishment and the staff to anyone looking for their services! The space is very beautiful and relaxing. Jem was very informative and upbeat as this was my first teeth whitening experience. I was highly satisfied and pleased with the overall experience. It doesn’t get much better than this! Book now!

Having had painful results with Crest Whitestrips for Sensitive Teeth, I was very nervous about trying this. But this mom and pop shop, run by a husband and wife, eased my fears as best they could. They really could not have done better. They explained everything they did before they did it, we made a back up plan in case I want to stop before my one hour session is up, they checked on me regularly. And to my surprise, I actually had almost no pain. The most uncomfortable parts were having this device that holds your lips open, and now being unable to drink coffee for 24-48 hours! My teeth have a little bit of calcium depositing, but they told me before hand that this could happen, and it can only be seen up close if you stare, and it should fade within a couple of days. My teeth went from about a level 20 to a level 10, which seems good to me. I’m happy, and highly recommend these guys. Check out their new client specials on their site for a good deal!

Tracy, the owner, was very personable and thorough explaining the entire whitening process. I felt Tracy was very honest about my teeth and wasn’t a business owner trying to upsell a bunch of additional sessions etc. which I really appreciate. Scheduling was easy and the place is clean. My teeth are already fairly white, but I did notice that my teeth are now a couple shades whiter.

I showed up a little early for my appointment, but they were able to bring me right back. Jem asked me about my music preferences and did everything possible to make me comfortable. He was very concerned with making me comfortable- this included aloe and vaseline on my lips and gums. I only needed 40 minutes under the LED light instead of 60 minutes, so my service was discounted.

I had an appointment here for 10/12 at 6:45, the technician that was supposed to whiten my teeth never showed. Therefore, I called the owner, she stressed and apologized about the inconvenience, she also stated she would be able to get me in anytime I was available including after hours. I told her I would check my schedule and call back. Later that evening about one our after my original appointment, I attempted to call the owner of the chain back with no luck, the mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a voice mail. Seems as though they do not care much for their customers. Highly do not recommend due to the lack of clear communication, and no-show employees. I can not speak on how the actual teeth whitening service is, considering the service was never completed.
