Super nice guy, made me feel very comfortable, on top of that- the environment and office was beyond clean which is always a plus. The owner explained the procedure and made sure I walked out with all the information I needed and took time to check up with me to see how things were going. Micheal responded quickly, worked with my schedule and even offered me a better deal!! He described the whole laser tattoo process to me (what it would sound and feel like) just to make sure I was comfortable before beginning. This was only my first appointment but I would definitely recommend this business to anyone I know looking for this service.
