I started off with my daughter and I getting our hair done we got highlights. Janet did a nice job especially on my daughters hair. However when I tried to continue service she was very unprofessional the next time I went for highlights she had taken a walk in and I had to wait an hour with no compensation. I then scheduled a hair cut appointment for my two younger children and she just wasn’t there. I showed up on a Saturday morning and I texted her and she was away for the weekend. I thought it was rude of her to not have notified me. I tried one more time and again no compensation after I drove a half hour the weekend before for her to be a no show and I had to wait with kids this time an hour after she took a walk in. Her hair skills are nice but she is unprofessional.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. I usually have extreme haircut anxiety, but with Janet I felt fine. She did an amazing job cutting my hair and styling it. You can feel her passion for hair design. Can’t wait to come back!

Janet is amazing, my hair color is perfect, the different blonds blend together and give my hair such a natural look. The shop is clean and cute and Janet is professional and very knowledgeable.
