My first visit to Precision Cuts and I was extremely impressed. Both employees had a great sense of humor, expressed outstanding customer service and professionalism. Terrie the owner cut my hair and I was very pleased with services rendered. The establishment was very clean and prices are fair. I would highly recommend Precision Cuts to anyone.

Critical: QualityI went here for a basic haircut at the end of July. I was the last appointment of the day on a Saturday afternoon. When I was sat down at the chair, I noticed hair from the previous client still on the cape. This honestly doesn’t bother me but I’m pretty sure there are some COVID regulations about cleaning these between client. But when I got home, I noticed that my hair was EXTREMELY uneven and “choppy” on the ends. I called the office within 8 minutes of leaving there but there was no answer. I then Facebook messaged the office where they rerouted to the hairdresser. She stated she was already gone but she could fix it on Tuesday when they opened back up. I understand that it was a Saturday but I did pay and tip for a service that I only partially received. This was not an acceptable option for me because of how noticeable uneven my hair was. I then went and spent an additional $30 at Supercuts to fix my hair. I was only offered 10% off of a service in the future but I do not see myself ever going back there.P.S. When I was sat down at the chair, I noticed hair from the previous client still on the cape.
