Wow. I go there within business hours on a Thursday and I’m turned away as the barber present tells me they don’t take walk ins and is by appointment only. So I go on their website and check, first thing I see is Walk ins accepted lol. Next I try making an appointment online, which is unavailable, and they have me call them, to which I get an automatic voice message service. Unbelievable. Negative stars if I could. Please tell me how I can get a haircut during your advertised hours. No thanks!

Eric has been a FANTASTIC barber, sad to hear of him leaving precision clips! I can’t believe how horribly this company has treated their employees! I was embarrassed for the business how they handled themselves in front of clients!!!!!! Shocking! Eric Jimenez is a great barber and did his best to accommodate every time we went to this place, I will most definitely stay a loyal client to him. I WILL NEVER BE BACK to ANY part of this company now that Eric is gone.

we are new to the area so asked around and Eric was recommended. Had an appt and he was 15-20 minutes behind. Didnt mind to sit and wait until he was super rude to my son. Had an attitude from the beginning when my son was explaining what he wanted done. He was really aggressive while he was cutting his hair, nicked his neck. didnt do a good job at all. Ended up having to go elsewhere and paying again for him to get another hair cut because my son refused to return to this guy due to the way he was treated the first time around. Poor customer service and poor attitude. He may want to focus more on his customer service than his phone.

Been there twice. Never got the massage, or the steam towel or the drink. The quality of the cut is better than great clips but not great. I used to come here three years ago and it seemed better.
