I scheduled an appointment with barber Dino. When I arrived he had told me to that he messaged me to come in at an earlier time and the time I SCHEDULED to come it at someone else was getting cut. I see on these apps every barber is so strict on no show/late policy. If you’re going to hold such standard it has to go both ways. I gave a 1 star rating mainly because of the hypocrisy and double standard of these rules. The biggest part of it all was falsely putting me down as a “no show” when he had me get cut by someone else. Every barber expects the customer to come in at the right time with no complications. We as customers expect no less. I understand mistakes and stuff happens but this is business has a history of this type of action. We are all human and stuff happens but own it take accountability and do not falsely list me or anyone else under “no show” if they clearly showed up and your negligence made that not possible. In the future I hope no one else has to go though this
