If I could give zero stars I would. First I’ve been here in the past when they first opened and it was a good experience, that was like 2019. So my sister and aunt went there to get there lashes done on different days and both complained of shedding and lots of it. My sister had to wear strip lashes on her birthday because of the shedding. I went there despite knowing this information. I went only because I was thinking maybe my sister and aunt just were not taking care of their lashes properly lol. So I went on the 28th my event was the 29th. After I left my lashes were shedding quite a bit by the end of the day they were looking very light. I texted chae and sent her a pic we agreed on me coming the next day. she said that it was probably because I didn’t leave it to dry that long. I told her I was coming from far and there was traffic so I was 5 minutes behind time. Mind you I’m 40 minutes away from her so me even coming back the next day is annoying because I have an event that same day. As soon as I walk in she stated ” I only have 5 minutes to do your lashes “. I said excuse me I drove 40 minutes here again because of the amount of shedding it has. She said well your late I said I’m not supposed to be here in the first place. She did my lashes and I sat there for and extra 15 minutes for it to get dry. An hour later some light shedding was happening. I went to get my makeup done and it was shedding like crazy. By Sunday I barley had lashes lol. Honestly I’m mad I spent my money on her establishment. Very crazy please don’t go unless you like to waste money and time. I’m very disappointed. And these are the reasons why black businesses disappoint me. I don’t even want to keep contacting them for a refund because people like that will just only make it hard and I’m not going to fight or argue with anyone. But just beware! The pictures I added were all literally taken in the space of 3 days lol. Including the day I went back to get them refilled

Just got my lashes done. Very happy with the results. The woman chae was very professional and I was greeted so kindly at the door by a nice lady. Masks are required and they had a hand sanitizer station. The decor was extravagant, you can tell they take pride in their business. I received the hybrid extensions. I love them! I really like them after I sleep with them and tussle around a bit; then they’re nice and wispy! I would definitely return.

I get excellent service when i come to precise beauty to get my lashes professionally done by chae she does and amazing job in making sure i love my lashes from the moment i leave the salon until the moment i come back for my fill in i have no complaints my lashes literally stay full and only have minimal shedding which is normal because your natural lash still has to shed I will 100% recommend precise beauty to anyone. This is an amazing WOMAN black own business you should support!

Vina did an amazing job on my brows! I had been letting them grow out for some time and they were a mess. I got them shaped/waxed and tinted and they look great. The cost was reasonable and Vina’s customer service was excellent. I’m looking forward to treatiing my mom for a service. Vina has a new customer in me for sure. Eyebrow beautification

I would not recommend. My brows initially looked amazing and I was really happy. After my touch-up and my brows was fully healed the work looks very poorly done.I was surprised when she was done my brows in 1 hour. The owner is very nice and professional but I would recommend. Do your research and spending a little more money. I am sad that I wasted my money and will have to spend more money for brows correction.

I found Precise Beauty just before my birthday in March 2022 and I haven’t left them SINCE!! I don’t let anyone touch my lashes besides Kirah or my brows if it’s not Vina. I’ve seen a lot of other techs outside of Precise Beauty that just don’t provide the same quality that I like and such excellent customer service. Everyone in there is amazing. Plus, I love giving my money to Black owned businesses. As long as I’m in Maryland, I’ll be a Precise girl! I’m addicted.
